cs is itself a very good course which will enable you to earn around 50000 to 1 lac per month after 3/4 years of experience. cs is not very simply. you should try to get excellence in this. still if you want to do something extra you can do pgd in hr, pgd in retail management, pgd in pr etc. these will be helpful for you in future.

To get into an MBA programme you need to appear for various Entrance Examinations for which you need to have 50% and above aggregate percentage in graduation from a recognized University.
I would like to add here that most of the good Universities take CAT scores, and CAT is tough nut to crack so, you should start your preparation as early as in the beginning of your final year.
