Most of the Universities in India offer M.Phil option and you can look for the statistics as the discipline in these Universities too. Getting a part time/ distance M.Phil is a rare option and may not generate quality results hence it is advised to take up a regular program.

Hi Mirza Femida, CET exam is written to pursue courses in India. The scores of this exam are not accepted in UK. you can of course study MBBS in UK if you have scored at least 80% in 12, written UKCAT or GAMSAT exams. Here I am mentioning the process of application to you :
Courses commence in September and one can not apply directly to the Universities(most of them). You need to apply through UCAS and the last date is 15 Oct of the preceding year. You have the provision of applying to 5 Universities and UCAS charges GBP 21 for it. IELTS minimum of 6.0 is expected. You need to fill the application online and upload the documents also before submitting the application.

Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
