Yes you may surely pursue MBA immediately after completing BE.However to increase your chances of getting admission in good B-schools and to increase job prospects after completing MBA it is always advisable to work for atleast 1-2 years after completing graduation and then opting for MBA.

You can Join Indian navy through NDA exam which is conducted twice in an year. NDA exam is conducted to fill 300 vacancies out of which 39 are for Naval Wing.
Eligibility Criteria
- Those candidates who have passed 10+2 with mathematics and Physics are eligible for it.

Both BBA and B.Com are different courses.You can opt for any one of them depending on your interest and grades.
To give you a general idea:
1. BBA is a management oriented course.The core subjects include business studies,economics, marketing,human resources, operations,financial management,business communication,organization behavior,business statistics etc.
