Hi Sushmith,
Not every university requires 10+2 scores. Hence, yes you can produce the scores as and when required. Just keep yourself updated with the university /college in which you aspire to get admission, as some take entrance test, while others take admissions on merit basis.
Also, the main emphasis is on JEE score along with some percentage of your 10+2 result.

Dear Deepak,
With 101 marks, I am sorry to say but the chances are very low for you to get admission in B.K. School Of Business Management. As last year's Gujarat Cut-Off rank was 201. So, you'll have to secure the rank 201. With 101 marks, it is a tough call.
Thank you. Keep Asking!

Saurav, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with other MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someone provide LIVE PROJECTS are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JUSTDIAL? Or if the company
