Then After post graduation should qualify the UGC-CSIR National Eligibility Test (NET) for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) conducts this test every year for identifying the candidates having exceptional research aptitude. If the candidates get qualified in this test, then they can receive Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) from either Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) or University Grants Commission (UGC). This fellowship will be awarded only if they get admission in any university, national laboratory or institution of higher learning.

To pursue MBA, one needs to undergo the following procedure:-
1. Prepare well for the different entrance exams like CAT, XAT, etc. Join a coaching class, if needed.
2. Register for these exams and pay the required fees.
3. Know the previous years' cut-offs and eligibility criteria of different B-Schools.
4. Give your best on the D-day. Then, start preparing for the admission rounds(typically consists of a WAT, GD/CD & PI).
5. Once, all the necessary cut-offs and criteria are cleared of a particular college(s), you will be shortlisted and given an interview call.
6. Appear for the interview rounds and perform really well.
7. Finally you will be given admission, on successfully clearing the interview rounds and after paying the fees of course.
