For E-MBA program abroad your brother must gain 8 to 10 years work experience. Even in India, EMBA programs require work experience. Which specialisation again would be his choice, it is not for us to say. Hence gaining work experience is crucial so that he knows his interests and what he aims for. He can choose accordingly. CA articleship is not considered as work experience for EMBA. Secondly he must take GMAT too.

To pursue MBA, one needs to undergo the following procedure:-
1. Prepare well for the different entrance exams like CAT, XAT, etc. Join a coaching class, if needed.
2. Register for these exams and pay the required fees.
3. Know the previous years' cut-offs and eligibility criteria of different B-Schools.
4. Give your best on the D-day. Then, start preparing for the admission rounds(typically consists of a WAT, GD/CD & PI).
5. Once, all the necessary cut-offs and criteria are cleared of a particular college(s), you will be shortlisted and given an interview call.
6. Appear for the interview rounds and perform really well.
