Both colleges follow pool campus placement system. Intake in both the college is same I.e. HR-60, General-60, Marketing- 120, Finance - 120. faculty of both the college is very good.
But, I will suggest you MITSOB because this college follow case base pedagogy which help you understand corporate world in little more better way. Fee of MITSOB is more than MITSOM but MITSOB is worth investing. That's my opinion.

Yes you should pursue CS. LPU NEST exam is very much similar to JEE Mains paper, but very much simple and without any negative marking. The paper is of 360 marks and it consists of three subjects viz. Physics, maths and chemistry. Each question is allotted 4 marks and there are total 90 questions. There are no negative marks for wrong answers so you can feel free to attempt all the questions. Now coming back to your question, you need to score at least around 120 marks to get into CS. Branch and believe me when I say you can easily do it, because the paper is too easy, just keep your basics clear and that is it.

IITs, NITs and IIITs are the best engineering institutes in India. Graduates of these institutions are on different pedestal. Lots of students take one year drop to crack JEE.
