Sir you should go for Executive MBA as it will help you much better in getting more career growth and stability in your work. You already Ave 8 years of experience, so EMBA would be better. Also it will save your time as it is of only 1 year. You can go for MBA also.

LPU is a better option than the rest of the Universities. It depends from where you do it. If you do it a full time E-MBA from XLRI, ISB or IIMs then definitely you can get a package between 22L to 30L in any company that you name. If you do it from the institute like JBIMS, FMS or NMIMS (2 years to 3 years program), you won't get any placement support but can get good learning and exposure.

There are plenty number of government jobs from various department in India. First of all, you should choose the stream which you interest like UPSC or your state level PSC then you should prepare it well. Mostly government jobs eligibility is "graduate" in any stream.

Hi Sushant, your rank is good to get mechanical engineering at SRM university but you cannot get the main campus as there are very less chances only but for sure you can get mechanical at all other campuses.

It's tough to predict as the cut-off seems to vary each year, however, on an average, you need to score 170+ in JEE Advanced to get under 4000 rank.
