Hi Devashish,
For applying in St. Xavier's College, Kolkata to do BMS, you must have 60% in aggregate and a minimum of 45% in each subject. After that, you will be selected on the basis of your 50% entrance exam marks and 50% aggregate marks of your boards. Usually, the cut-offs are near about 90%.

Admission is based on the marks obtained in qualifying exam. Basic eligibility to pursue this course is that Candidate must have completed GNM from a recognized institute. The candidate must also have a valid RNRM certificate. Regards.

For admission, you need to fulfil the following criteria:
The candidate should have been born on or after October 1, 1994, if he/she belongs to the open or OBC-NCL category and, on or after October 1, 1988, if he/she belongs to the SC, ST or PwD category.
The candidate should have qualified i.e. obtained a rank in UCEED 2018. The candidate should have passed the qualifying examination (class 12th or equivalent) in 2017 or 2018. Those who appeared for the first time in the qualifying examination in 2017 or earlier are not eligible, I don't know much about this.

Depends from university to university. Some may while some won't. Usually in USA and Canada they do give but it is a good practice if you check with the universities first before applying without 12th results.

Primarily, you should look for colleges in your state that offer this branch. This is so since almost all states have restricted lateral admissions to students native to that state only. One more option will be seeking admission in deemed to be universities if they announce the vacancies.

Among the few good colleges that provide this course, NMIMS Mumbai is the best of the lot. No second thoughts about it!
Frankly speaking, if you are a student with great acads, opt for the prestigious B.A (Hons. ) Economics course in one of the DU colleges. Opting for the aforementioned course would be comparatively better than the one mentioned in your question.
