As you have not mentioned clearly your last qualification, I would suggest that you can go for a B.Tech after your XIIth class for a successful career and then either go for a job or M.Tech and research or you can pursue B.Sc. Each university has its own criteria.
IIM Ahmedabad Admission is on the basis of CAT exam scores. IIM Ahmedabad organizes its own counseling round, which includes a group discussion round and Personal Interview. The selection process is pretty rigorous.
You need to log in to their site for the admission details and click on the apply for admissions icon. Be fast as the seats are limited and the standards are quite high.
