Hi Ashish, No Universities abroad guarantee placements. All the Universities have careers and placement cells that help the students to prepare for the interview, prepare CV and intimate students about openings in companies. Students must themselves go for the interview and clear. There is no culture of companies coming to University campus and recruiting students.
