In the present day scenario job situation in US is not very promising due to global economic turmoil and economic recession, however if you fulfil the eligibility criteria for a particular job then you may get a job.
Please remember no course or university guarantee jobs to its students, getting a job depends entirely on the knowledge level and calibre of the students.
Well, job experience is not a mandatory criteria to get admission in MS program, however you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation in order to pursue MBA from good universities in US.
