Hi
Both streams have a very exposure but if you are more incline to IT and software programming then CS is a better choice.
On the other hand Electronics will take you to Robotics, few other fields are embedded systems, VLSI System Design etc.
In CS, you learn about Algorithms, DATA Structures, Coding, Software Quality and Assurance, it's life cycle and things related to either programming or programs created.
In ECE you learn about chips which make the hardware where this programming is done. You learn about embedded engineering.

Hyderabad is a better place to do technical studies as here technical competition and understanding is far more higher than Bhopal. Thus, I will suggest you to prefer your college in Hyderabad.

If you are interested, you can continue with IT Sector. You will get opportunities in software firms as Software Tester, Application Developer, Web Developer and Designer etc. After completing certification of CISCO and Microsoft such as CCNA,CCNP,MCITP, you can enter into Networking and System Admin./ security field.
Another emerging area in IT is Ethical Hacking or cyber security. MSc and PG Diploma in Cyber Security / Ethical Hacking courses are available for BCA,BSc-IT/ CS graduates.
You can turn into Sales / Marketing , Office Administration too. A graduation is enough for starting positions in Sales / Marketing.

Vankatesh It all depends upon your interest. You can choose any 1 among BBA or BCA. You must make sure that it is of your interest. You will be good in the field only if it is of your interest.
