Timings are 10AM-5PM only for the second shift.
Only in university site its mention 12PM-7 PM.
No college in IP runs classes late than 5pm be it 1st shift or 2nd shift.

For M.Tech, there are certainly some expectations. You can't all of a sudden prepare for GATE and get ready for an Institution of higher standing. But, for MBA, the time will be sufficient and you with your background are likely to fare well. So, I think that you have to go for MBA. Getting a job is also easy then.

For diploma holder there is different entry (lateral entry). Diploma holder get chance to get admission directly in 2nd year. And there is different admission procedure. There is entrance exam which you have to give and your percentage should be good.
