Majority of engineering college admission are based on entrance examinations. If you have not appeared for engineering entrance exam you may seek admission in private universities where admission processes are not stringent.

All three fields are very different. You will have to think which one of these courses you are best at and then select that course for bachelor's degree. Also, you can simultaneously opt for short term course in another subject.
