Yes, you are eligible for some lower level jobs in banking sector as minimum requirement is graduation for higher level jobs. No, you are not eligible for MBA as MBA is a Master's / post-graduation course, you have to first complete you graduation in any stream to pursue MBA.

Both are totally different streams from each other. BBA is for business management while BA is arts stream I suggest you to prepare your mind first and then decide.
