As long as you don't join anywhere or even though you've joined, you can leave one institution and join the other. There is no rule against it.

It is always better to join a full time course. If you don't want to then you can start a part time job with a travel agency. You will definitely get knowledge from the course.

Your grades are very good and in order to crack CA, these marks are anyways not a determining factor. Right now, appear for CPT and clear it after you write class 12th. Then with the help of a coaching institute or a mentor, start preparing for IPCC and clear both the groups. And then, at last, comes the CA finals. Only your hard work and determination will decide whether you'll be able to crack CA or not. Also, make sure you don't give up CA if you are not able to clear any paper in the first attempt itself. Just keep trying and you'll succeed for sure.
