Normally, government or private aided colleges have to get their fees regulated by a body appointed by the concerned. However, unaided colleges are outside the ambit of this. Hence, the fees charged are almost entirely based on what market can accept. Normal colleges have fees of about Rs.50 K per semester, while others have it at the level of Rs.1Lac per semester.

Check out the cut off released by DU, and check your marks against the cut off. Then visit with the application print out for the particular college and course with your all documents. Then admission staff check your marks against the cut off released by DU. When the staff check out your documents, then a link is provided on your DU portal for the fee payment. Distance learning is better than regular course for a person who is working or having other important responsibilities. But there are few disadvantages of distance education like no direct contact with faculty, not all courses are available, not valued by all employers.
