JJ College does not takes admission on the basis of JEE mains but through NATA and your board marks combined. Also, with previous cutoffs, you need at least 170+ marks in NATA to expect a seat in JJ College. Try for other opportunities with these marks.

It seems from your rank that you were in waiting list if you are taking admission you should opt for IMU Kolkata otherwise the colleges are not so good. IMU Kolkata being the government college will be fine otherwise you should go for private college like Tolani but before making any decision gather some information about colleges and their placements. In my opinion you must visit the college once and take view of scenario there. You might have a chance in more reputed colleges if you have any reservation criteria else give it a try. You have very great chance to get into this institute with this rank. Attend the counselling and choose

Hello Bikash,
Normally, government or private aided colleges have to get their fees regulated by a body appointed by the concerned. However, unaided colleges are outside the ambit of this. Hence, the fees charged are almost entirely based on what market can accept. Normal colleges have fees of about Rs.50 K per semester, while others have it at the level of Rs.1Lac per semester.

Distance learning is better than regular course for a person who is working or having other important responsibilities. But there are few disadvantages of distance education like no direct contact with faculty, not all courses are available, not valued by all employers. I hope you will take your decision wisely and accordingly.
