Placements: The companies like Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Varun Motors, Aparna Enterprise, Vivo Phone, Microsoft, Caterpillar, Wipro, TCS, Unisys, FACE, HFCL, JUST PAY, IBM, C-core Technology, SAIDEEPA, Soft Boot, Vayyu Group, West Line, SV Mobiles, Full Creative, and Navata came to the campus.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is great with excellent labs. There is excellent nature in college. A special Microsoft innovation centre is present. There is a playground with all sports and games. They maintain a garden and classrooms were really awesome. High security will be there at hostels and college.
Faculty: All PhDs and M.Tech completed faculty are from different universities, IITs and IIMs. All branches such as mechanical, civil, EEE, ECE, CSE, mining, and petroleum are available. Many members all over the world are coming to this college for the purpose of education. Other: Intra is the event conducted in the college, where many Tollywood celebrates come to the campus. Foreign collaborations are also available.

AOT is a very good college. In fact when I went for counselling I got AOT in my 2nd counselling. But in my 4th counselling,I opted for BPPIMT. There are many advantages in BPPIMT. Also while comparing engineering colleges in West Bengal, AOT comes after BPPIMT. I will mention the advantages in BPPIMT.
First and the foremost advantage of BPPIMT is it's location, which gives it an edge over AOT. It's easily accessibility turns up decent companies during campusing . BPPIMT is located near airport ,near city center 2 ,near eco park, and all other places . U can say it's the middle point . As a result companies find it easy to come to the college. For example, never ever Capgemini goes to single colleges. But it came this time in our college.
Secondly,freedom. In AOT, when you enter the college in the morning, you will have to stay there till it ends. It is more of a school than college. On the other hand you will get ample of freedom in BPPIMT. You can come whenever you like and leave whenever you want to. There will be masti, mass bunks, apart from studies. U will not get ample of space and area as in AOT, but you will fall in love with the campus.
Thirdly, its departments; CSE, and ECE departments of BPPIMT are the most looked after departments in counselling. If you are opting for CSE or ECE department, I would say to go for BPPIMT. If you are looking for EE, IT, I would suggest you to look for other options. Its not that EE/IT are not good- they have very educated and talented faculties, but at the end campus placement record for the two departments are not so good.
Finally, its placement records- BPPIMT has a very good record of placement- mostly from CSE and ECE. Some of the major recruiters here are- Cognizant(on), Infosys(on), Capgemini (on/came this year), Wipro(on), Bosch(pooled), IBM(pooled), TCS (sometimes in pool/off), Microsoft(on), Hitachi(pooled), and many others. Cognizant is the bulk recruiter every year, recuiting around 150 students.
Bonus- you will get a complete ragging free environment. On my first day of college I remember that I was very frightened about ragging. But nothing happened-in fact never happened. The seniors form anti ragging committee and will always guard you at the tiffin hours along with teachers. Entry of seniors in the block of first years is completely prohibited without any proper cause.First years are given a complete entire block for their classes.
