NEET is not required by medical schools abroad. You should check the eligibility criteria of medical schools abroad and prepare accordingly. Exams like UMAT, MCAT, UKCAT, etc. are required.

Yes with 80 1% in your 12th grade, your eligible to apply for the BA psychology program at Fergusson College, Pune. Admission is based on a merit list prepared using 12th grade marks. While the exact cut off percentage varies annually, it is generally above 85% for sought after courses like psychology. Therefore while you may be eligible, your chances of admission will depend on the number of applicants and their scores in the given year.
