No, you can't not even if you have internationally published and recognized projects. They want GATE. I don't know if it's an IIT thing or an MHRD thing but a person who spends most of his/her day doing really good projects has little time to prepare for exams like GATE and are usually not the type who sit idle and study for an exam for a year after finishing their degree.
So if you're bright, a hard worker, and doing good research/project work, in India you are out of luck.

Yes, you can do it, As Pranjali Tiwari had mentioned in her previous answer, you might have some difficulty in early stages i,e 1st year. As we don't have to deal with Math. In 3rd year, you will have Biostatistics subject, it is more like accounts rather than math, so no need to worry. You should have completed 10+2 or equivalent examination. Physics, Chemistry and Biology/mathematics are eligible for Diploma in Pharmacy, as Bachelor's degree (B.Pharma. )

Yes, for any MBA course, one should be given an entrance examination, while these days some universities are taking students just based on the GDPI rounds without any examinations. So, it would be better if you contact the university for admission process.

No, the exam you will give for this year will be valid for this year's admissions only. Also, if you have not cleared all your exams in 12th, you will not get the mark sheets and certificate for 12th standard, making you ineligible for admission.
