Yes, there is a chance that you will get textile or production branch in VJTI in 2nd/3rd round. But you should also know that textile and production branch is not as good as other, so if you want to change branch then you need at least 8+ pointer in 1st year. Getting 8+pointer is not difficult so you have good chances that you can flip the branch. You might have a chance if you have any reservation criteria else give it a try. You have very great chance to get into this institute with this rank. Attend the counselling and choose your options appropriately. Try Shiksha college predictor for better analysis. Best of luck.

Well you are scoring 139 marks, it means according to last year's statistics your AIR will be around 33k. With this rank forget about any good in top NITs but you can get low-level NITs such as NIT Srinagar, NIT Uttrakhand, lower branches in NIT Hamirpur, NIT Jalandhar.
If you are CSE or ECE aspirant then you can try in new IITs which are running under NITs such as IIIT Una, IIIT Ranchi, IIIT Naya Raipur, IIIT Surat, IIIT Bhopal in these colleges you will get these branches but don't lose hope till last round.
You can try for civil engineering in PEC.
All the best

If you will see, there are pros and cons for every college. So, as a student of hindustan university it is good college for aeronautical, aerospace and automobile, why I am focusing on these 3 branches because labs are fully occupied with tools, faculty members are also helpful and you will have better opportunity to do your best, you can share your ideas WITH faculty members. Placement is also good many IT companies like Infosys, Zoho and many more companies are visiting here. College environment is also good and it is awarded by green campus. Hindustan University has secured rank 20 in India along with IITs and other engineering inst
