1) After that, write NEET. If you get a good college, go for MBBS and after getting MBBS degree, prepare for IAS and write UPSC. There are some IAS who came through this route.
Or,
2) Study Biology only in class 11th & class 12th and choose B.Sc, or any other subject related to Biology in your graduation level. After 3 years, prepare for IAS and write UPSC.
Or,
3) Study Biology only in class 11th & class 12th and choose BA or BA ORB. Complete your graduation level, and start preparation for IAS and write UPSC. Go with your interest. Don't listen to me nor y

If you are CSE or ECE aspirant then you can try in new IITs which are running under NITs such as IIIT Una, IIIT Ranchi, IIIT Naya Raipur, IIIT Surat, IIIT Bhopal in these colleges you will get these branches but don't lose hope till last round.
You can try for civil engineering in PEC.
