If you have appeared for JEE Mains and got around 90+ percentile then you would have got admission in SASTRA- CSE.
Now it's not possible for you to get CSE branch, you can only get admission in less demanding branches like Civil and Chemical Engineering.

Mostly, if you get class 12th marks before the seats gets filled and if you have more than 75% in class 12th, you can get admission in IITs. If not you cannot get admission in any of the IITs or other colleges. There are n number of colleges in Delhi and Noida, please specify a course or any stream, so that I can help you in a better way:
1. JNU
2. Delhi University ( for some courses)
3. Jamia Milia Islamia
4. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (semi-government. )
5. Delhi Technological University
6. AIIMS
7. IIT
8. Ambedkar University
