Firstly, you need to register for NATA exam/JEE paper 2 exam and qualify in it to seek admission to a 5 year B.Arch Degree course, once the course is completed you become an architect. Therefore, if you have not written JEE Mains paper 2 exam, you can write NATA second round exam on July 7th.

Unlike other design entrance exams for Bachelor's degree, FDDI conducts a written exam on the basis of which counseling is done. For B. Des the same procedure takes place. There is no such criteria in St. Xavier's College for the admission in Undergraduate programmes, as for you, BA in economics. The only eligibility criteria for admission in any undergraduate programme in Xavier's is a passing certificate of 10+2 from any recognized board such as CBSE, ICSE or any state board.

It is not possible to get admission in any of the Government colleges, but you can get admission in private colleges which accept NEET score. And, most of the seats in private colleges would be paid ones. If you can afford, then you can go for private colleges.
