Pursuing studies abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.

There are no part time B.E./B.Tech. However, in 2009, HRD allowed colleges to have second shift to facilitate working professionals to pursue B.E. degree. There are total 93 colleges in India, which offer Chemical Engineering branch but which one offer second shift, you will have to find out from there website.
