As per my knowledge and search, "Shiksha Vishard" degree is not affiliated with N.C.T.E (National Council For Teacher Education) hence not treated at par with B.ED degree.
It is advisable to make your own search before taking a decision.

As per your query it seems that you are interested in pursuing MBA from abroad, so regarding this please remember in order to pursue MBA from good countries abroad you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have:
Good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
However if you do not wish to have work experience and continue with your studies, in that case you may consider pursuing MSc in HR from universities in UK.
