There are certain colleges and universities in Gujarat which provide good placements. But in Rajasthan there also certain good college and universities which provide good placements in minimum cost in compare to others. In this sequence I suggest you that there is one of college viz. 283 is a decent score. This year the expected cut off for NEET for MBBS is expected to be around 380 for General category.
So your score is on the lower side. Government colleges are definitely not possible. Private college fees is high and not affordable for many students. So if seats are left vacant you might find an opportunity but only via centralised counselling. Do not apply to any private college directly or pay any agents for admissions. Admissions are only by merit.

Your query is okay but answer is little tough. Well! Let me try. In India, there is no single exam like NEET for entry in engineering colleges. JEE Mains, entrance exams of states, deemed Universities, etc. makes life miserable for student and parents alike. But presently there is no escape! As a corollary, with each exam, corresponding rank to get admission in different branches differes.

You cannot get admission into any of the colleges through JEE main exam as you need to have at least 75% in 12th board exam. Also, for SC, ST or PWD, the percentage has been relaxed to 65% but even if you belong to those categories you cannot get as you have only 64%.
