Though the good universities in Nepal take admission only on basis of entrance exam. I would suggest you to look out for Government Medical Universities in Russia which are listed with MCI.
You should apply at MCI before leaving the country.

(a)The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
(b)10+2 class passed with Science (PCB) & English Core/English Elective with aggregate of 45% marks from recognized board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent Board.
(c)Student shall be medically fit.
(d)Students appearing in 10+2 examination in Science conducted by National Institute of Open School with 45% marks.

To get admission into any of the IIMs (Indian Institute of management), you need to clear CAT (common admission test) exam with a good percentile. And, you also need to hold a Bachelors Degree with minimum 50 percent marks or equivalent CGPA awarded by a recognised university.
