You have to read a lot more books to improve your level of communication skills for improving your qualification. You have to attend lot of seminars engage in lot of extra courses like in case we have CAD in mechanical. So, for improvising both, you have to study hard and work smarter.

Yes you are. IELTS is a test, there is no question of eligibility here. However the scores are valid for 2 years only so if your scores expire by the time you are applying to a foreign university you have to attempt the test again.

You can select any stream of your choice, as to get into BMM all you need is a 12th passing certificate. There is no consideration of streams.

Hi Hadiya,
You can definitely pursue a course in food technology being from PCB stream. Ample amounts of job opportunities are available in front of Graduates in Government as well as Private sectors. Competition for job posts is less, since there are relatively lesser number of Colleges offering this course and thus lesser number of students pursuing it. Thus, landing a good job is relatively easy, when it comes to Food Processing and Technology field.
