Hi Ankit,
I found TIME coaching material to be really good. Even if you don't want to join their coaching. You can sign up for their test series program and the coaching material. Their coaching material is exhaustive and covers almost every type of question that you may expect in CAT.
Also, joining the test series is important, as it makes you accustomed to the format of exam (online, and how the interface might look like) and also shows you where you stand with respect to other students.

IIT-Bhubaneswar is a new IIT, whereas, Jadavpur is an old established university with excellent track records in academics and campus placement, therefore, it is recommended that you opt for Jadavpur University over IIT-Bhubaneswar.

Organic Chemistry is one of the most interesting subjects in JEE syllabus. I never got bored in an Organic chemistry class- thanks to my wonderful teacher. Coming to the point, Organic Chemistry doesn't involve much learning, and is mainly based on understanding concepts. Most questions would be easy to solve (except a few, which are always there in any paper) provided you have studied well. I'll be telling you chapterwise syllabus and how to prepare for it. I would give you links to some books in the end, and you can buy the books without having to waste time on searching (I searched for the latest editions and put them here). Make go
