Yes, you can get BIET-Jhansi, but in the second round of the counselling. And, if you want, you can get IET-Lucknow also, but that would get in the spot round of the counselling.

Graduates and students who have appeared for final year graduation and who have cleared MAT / JEMAT / CMAT will be eligible to enroll. Students will have to appear for GD/PI. For B.Tech regular, you have to appear for JEE Main examination. OJEE conducts the counselling programme based on JEE rank. For B.Tech lateral entry (after Diploma), OJEE exam is required, not for regular B.Tech.
