It is not possible to do so. To gain higher education you will have to clear the subsequent exams. Some colleges take students who promise that they would clear the repeat exams and submit the certificate. Therefore, suggestion is please to complete your 2nd PUC and then do your Degree.

You have chances in Eastern Indian NITs in chemical, Metallurgy etc. Also, in NIT Uttarakhand, Bhopal.

Polytechnic is a Diploma course which is equivalent to 12th standard. It will helps you to take admission in lateral entry in B.Tech. I. e. In second year directly. It is a technical course, it will enhance your knowledge and work perfection and so more.
