According to me, the best universities that you have mentioned is the computer Science engineering from Guru Jambheshwar, because one of my friend is studying there, and I know that he is enjoying, because he tells me about it and about the quality of education and the quality of exposure that he receives it not only helps him in getting a good job but also a good placement.

however if you really want to know the ranking which would majorly be based on the availability of course
ARSD, maitreyi, keshav mahavidyala, janki devi, and the rest three are pretty much the same.
