IIKM is an Institute which provides both correspondence & full time programs recognised through various Universities like MS University, PTU & Vinayaka Missions University. Although, it is a decent Institute but i would say if you have other options in hand you should explore them. Also, I would advise, that you should visit its campus & talk to the current batch students, see the infrastructure and try and talk to the faculty & check their educational background. It will give you the right picture of the institute.

SAP HR would be a really good option as due to the technology rise, it has got a great market value. Other options for you, (both short term & long term), could be a course in Six Sigma, an MBA (Part time or correspondence), Masters Course in psychology, Public Relation Management Labour Law & Administrative Law & Social anthropology etc.
If you want to continue your career in trining field then you can also opt for train the trainer program.

Although the career in Politics / Political analysis is not something as that of the ones which can be achieved through a single education or so like Engineering, Medicine etc which are already defined.
Almost any one can pursue a career in this field but then the most preferred subjects of study would be Political Science, Economics, Social Sciences etc. As for getting in to this field, a lot of hard work and carrying out different political activities are required.
You can always join a political party or any other social / economic groups to begin with a career in this field.
With a degree in a B.A., you can now look forward of pursuing Masters in a field related to your career interests.
