The eligibility of MBA & other Masters program varies from Institute to Institute. However, if you are going for a regular program, most of the Masters level program would require you to have a recognised graduation degree with 50% marks.

DU,JNU,BHU and even some IITs run MCA course through own entrance exam. Otherwise local region university also run this course. But most admission are done through entrance exam.
