Shiksha is an education portal which provides information related to career courses and the institutes offering the same. Coming from the Electrical engineering background you can opt for jobs in different streams like Electronics, Tele-Communication, Embedded Systems, VLSI designs, IT (Hardware & Networking), Robotics and many more.
But then to apply to any job depends on your qualification and considering that you are yet to complete your graduation, it will be difficult to get through as the minimum requirement to get a good job would require at least a bachelors qualification.
You can still try to get jobs related to Auto CAD in various publishing & design houses. For this you can always upload your Resume on the various Job portals and get apply to the various similar vacancies.
I would advise you to concentrate on your degree for the time being and then after completing the same can look for the placement options by the institutes itself.

Technical University, Munich Germany offers various programs in Mechanical Engineering like:- Masters in Mechanical Engineering, Masters in Mechanical Engineering and Management, Master in Mechatronics and Information Technology etc. So if you would like to go for any of the program then you can apply online or approach directly to the university.
These are the general documents required :- Qualification for admission to higher education (officially authenticated copy), transcript of records of bachelors degree or equivalent (officially authenticated copy), curriculum vitae, personal ID (copy), motivational letter, passport-size photo, health insurance, proof of german language proficiency also university might ask you for the GRE score as well.

As, Jwellery designing is a Professional program which needs you to gain lot of practical Knowledge rather than theoratical information, so you need to do a regular course for it. However, if there is somebody in your home who can take care of your kids on weekend you can opt for Institutes which gives you classes twice a week (Saturday & Sunday)

First of all you need to understand that clearing CAT is not a cake walk and even if you are an outstanding student you need to prepare for it and you need to have a focused approach. So, my suggestion would be that along with your final year of education you start preparing for CAT, once you are through with your final year sit for CAT.
Although, the work experience does hold weightage but it is very minimul as compare to the other sections as in CAT score, graduation scores, 10+2 scores etc. & is not a deciding factor in getting admission.

USA is one of the rare countries that gives you an opportunity to transfer your admission from an Indian college to a college in the USA through the credit system. First of all I would like to let you know what a credit is. In the US, a student in a high school or university earns credits for the successful completion of each course for each academic term. The state or the institution generally sets a minimum number of credits required to graduate.
Normally, transfers are made after completing of the 1st year of your undergraduation. To conclude, if you have earned the set number of credits in your 1st year of your BDS as per the USA requirement, you are eligible to transfer your BDS to a college in the US. However, i would also like to let you know that your academic marks in the 1st year would also play an important role in such a transfer.
IMPORTANT: The nature or character of courses that are offered at the transfer institution must be compatible or nearly similar in nature with that of the Indian institution. Also, the Indian institution must be recognized by the ministry of education or an authorized body like AICTE in India.
