The purpose of the pH test is to test the candidate in their aptitude, reasoning, verbal and also in the personality skills and to match him with the suitable job profile.
There is no specific syllabus for elitmus ph test its almost same as CAT exam .
There are three sections in elitmus paper.
1. Quants
2. Logical Reasoning
3. Verbal
Elitmus Exam Questions Verbal Section : This includes Reading comprehension, Sentence Correction/Completion, Analogy.
Elitmus Quantitative aptitude Questions : This includes Arithmetic, Geometry, Probability, Mensuration and other basic mathematics.
Problem solving section : that includes Critical reasoning, Puzzles, DI/DS.
*Tips to score good marks in Elitmus-
1. You can refer any standard MBA entrance exam material/aptitude material while preparing.
2. Don't waste your time in mugging the formula because all necessary formula are provided in the question paper.
3. There is negative marking So do not attend the question which you do not know . OR Don't make blind guesses .
4. By answering only 8 or 9 correct questions in elitmus ph test you can score more than 85 percentile . Keep this point in mind while writing elitmus test.
5. Time management is very important in Elitmus exam.
6. Practice as much as you can.

Public sector banks recruit candidates at 2 levels- the officer level and the clerical level. After XII (Commerce or any subject) Graduation followed by banking examination for Probationary officers can be taken.
Engineers, agricultural scientists, home economists, chemists, lawyers, language specialists can enter banking through the special category intake.
Foreign and Private banks recruit bright candidates from the parent organization on the basis of merit or campus selections are made at reputed management institutes. MBA/ Masters in Finance Control/ CA/ Certified Analysts course/ Business Economics/ Public Relations /Law are preferred qualifications for Multinational and Private Banks.
