Hi,
I don't think there is any correlation between language of interview and service allotment.Many people appear for interview in their regional language; don't think it'll hamper your chances of getting into UPSC.
The language will not be a problem. So don't worry and go ahead.

The purpose of the pH test is to test the candidate in their aptitude, reasoning, verbal and also in the personality skills and to match him with the suitable job profile.
There is no specific syllabus for elitmus ph test its almost same as CAT exam .
There are three sections in elitmus paper.
1. Quants
2. Logical Reasoning
3. Verbal
Elitmus Exam Questions Verbal Section : This includes Reading comprehension, Sentence Correction/Completion, Analogy.
Elitmus Quantitative aptitude Questions : This includes Arithmetic, Geometry, Probability, Mensuration and other basic mathematics.
Problem solving section : that includes Critical reasoning, Pu

Public sector banks recruit candidates at 2 levels- the officer level and the clerical level. After XII (Commerce or any subject) Graduation followed by banking examination for Probationary officers can be taken.
Engineers, agricultural scientists, home economists, chemists, lawyers, language specialists can enter banking through the special category intake.
Foreign and Private banks recruit bright candidates from the parent organization on the basis of merit or campus selections are made at reputed management institutes. MBA/ Masters in Finance Control/ CA/ Certified Analysts course/
