Well since NICMAR is very old (28 years) . It obviously gives more industry exposure. While RICS is really new but it also provides good placements. But for the amount of fees NICMAR always has an edge.

There are many good and top ranked universities in Canada, offering variety of courses at undergraduate and graduate level.
Universities in Canada have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall(August)
Spring(January)
It is always advisable to start the application process at least 6-7 months in advance of your planned admission intake.All the international students whose first or native language is not English have to prove their English proficiency by taking either TOEFL or IELTS.
