Since you have failed in compartmental exam too, you need to complete your 12th with NIOS (National institute of open schooling). Or else you will have to repeat class 12th.

There are no such books that can make you a topper. Toppers don't ask questions like these. The correct question will be- How much dedication you can show while studying for the NEET or Mains exam. Books can only help you in guiding you. Apart from that, the whole journey of your success depends upon your hard work alone.
