The cutoff varies every year according to the number of students applying for examination and number of seats available. It would be advisable that you get in touch with college authorities/official page directly for accurate cutoff which can help you in figuring out the appropriate college.

There are 5 different modes of admission at IIIT-Hyderabad. But the most common one is the JEE Mains score.
Since, it does not come under JEE counseling, you need to apply separately for it.
