many students have this problem even wen i was studying i have i.t. and i want m.e. anyways for ur answer i must say that if u can change ur branch then change it otherwise make interest in it and do work hard in m.e. because it needs that and for ur interest in csc. for that u can try side by side computer courses like if u want to be a programmer then u can try java , asp.net , and u can do web designer with php and many more.so take my ans step by step if u can change ur branch then do if u will successful in that then it would be great otherwise do not feel upset and do work hard in ur branch and try side by side courses when u'll free from ur college like in ur holidays.remember a thing u can knowledgeable of computer without a engineering college but u can not be a mechanical engineer with out a engineering knowledge so do action according to situation.

IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade), established by the Ministry of Commerce, has started a slew of executive MBA programmes in India and the Middle East. The programmes will cater to working executives at different levels. Some of the major programmes started by IIFT are:
1) Post Graduate Diploma in International Business for Young Managers :This programme has been designed for young managers with work experience ranging from one to five years. The programme aims to build a foundation in international business management and provides options for specialisation in focused functional areas.
2) Advanced Diploma in International Business (ADIB): This programme is being launched this month under a technical collaboration with NIIT Imperia. This is a one- year programme for executives with more than five years of experience. The classes will be held every Sundays.

To get admission in this programme, no written test is required. Only a sound educational background and professional experience is needed.
4) Executive PG Diploma in International Business for International Participants in Dubai and Sharjah: Specially designed to cater to middle level executives working in Middle East countries, this course will focus on management and organisational dynamics, human resource management, operations management.
5) CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME IN EXPORT MANAGEMENT (WEEKENDS) (Nov 2012- Feb 2013)
6) CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME IN GLOBAL TRADE LOGISTICS & OPERATIONS (Nov 2012- Feb 2013)
7) Certificate Programme in Capital & Financial Markets (On-line)
8) CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME IN EXPORT-IMPORT MANAGEMENT (Online)

Overall, in order to pursue masters degree from universities in US, you need to have:
- Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
- Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
- GRE score of 300-320 plus.
- TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
Universities in US have 2 admission intake in a year namely:
- Fall (September) intake.

However, I would say that the ability to follow a self-study plan is necessary to prepare for the CFA test.
Making a sincere and internalized commitment to completing the program is a prerequisite for success. The program is so intense and requires so much of one's time and energy that for many, trying to complete the program due to some person or institution's requirements will not provide the motivation necessary to realize the end goal.
In addition to specific study skills that must be developed to pass the exams, you must develop a specific exam strategy that provides for time management, skill assessment and taking multiple previous and sample exams.
