Yes, you may surely pursue MBBS from Ukraine, however please remember after completing MBBS form Ukraine, you need to clear MCI test, to be eligible to practice medicine in India.
Unless and until you clear this exam you will not be allowed to practice medicine in India.
As per your query regarding fee structure, then please remember every university has its own course specific fee structure, in order to know the exact fee structure it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, it may cost you around Rs 8 Lacs to Rs 10 Lacs or more to pursue MBBS from Ukraine.
