Yes, MBA can help you sharpen your skills in business management, and thus assist you in the professional career. However, keeping your interest areas in mind, you need to decide what you need to do from a career perspective. The chances of doing well in a career of one's interest areas are much higher.

To classify as 'Best' is relative.
Further being from ILS Law College, I have a personal bias in favour of ILS Law College, given its prestige and the fact that it is an age old institution which has contributed to the academia through the indispensable scholarly works of Dr. (Prof.) S.P. B.E. /B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering is all about Computer Sciences, programming languages, software development and testing, networking etc. It also focuses on using the above mentioned skills and knowledge for practical and Industry specific usage. BCA. (Bachelor of Computer Applications) is a slightly similar course. But B.E. /B.Tech. Computer Science and Engineering is bit more detailed and is a much more valuable Degree!
