As I feel you are quite a grown up young man who can sift through information for and against paradigms & pre-conceived notions un-emotionally and in a matter-of -fact manner, let me tell you this- UNLESS you plan to settle in this profession in Germany (or any other country abroad), I suggest you finish your MBA in INDIA itself.
Reason.1:
Here it is less expensive, in the first place, reducing the strain on your family budget.
Reason.2:
If your idea is to return to India to start your career, then you may find everything out- of - place as well as a mis-match, leaving you puzzled at the cross-roads most often, since management involves basically managing MEN or manpower who operate as per the ideologies they were brought up from childhood (not to mention those who break-away from it consequent to their 'buffetings' life had put them through!), which IS GLARINGLY DIFFERENT BETWEEN OUR TWO COUNTRIES, & what you learn at Germany WILL NOT WORK HERE.

Today the education scenario in India is without any doubt ON PAR with that of any other nation. In fact many of the nations are actually functioning ONLY on the 'strength' of their PAST GLORY. (ASIDE: it will not be out of place- without offence to anybody- to mention that Indians were CENTURIES ahead in MANAGEMENT, when most civilisations in the world were just NOMADS, when our nearest developed nation CAME HERE to Nalanda & Takshashila Universities to learn!)
Learning management in India will be MORE APT, especially if you plan to settle in a career IN INDIA.
Iam not trying to 'prick your dream balloon', but laying out the thread-bare facts, so you need not chase a dream ABROAD at the expense of your beloved family, for something that IS JUST NEXT DOOR !

As you are studying for FRM your base in finance might be good since GARP FRM has a quite good curriculum. Moreover, your knowledge of statistics will also improve. The exam is administered by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), which is the world's largest accounting body. Opportunities at Accounting and Auditing Firms, Research firms, Investments banks, Hedge Funds, Private equity firms, Commercial banks, Mutual funds, Merger & Acquisition etc. A CPA gets similar job opportunities as a CA in India and a CA +CPA further increase their job prospects globally.
