You should be a graduate with atleast 50% marks to take admission in any of the B-School in India plus you have to take CAT/GMAT/GRE competitive exams and perform good. Then only you can expect call from any of the IIM.

B Com followed by M Com is the accountancy track after +2 commerce. Along with B Com you may also do CA/CWA/CS, BBA and BCA are other options. You may also pursue an MBA after your graduation.

In case you wish to explore US as an option, you will have to provide for 16 years of education. You can undertake 1st year of Masters (In a Govt University) and then apply to US universities.
