If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The selection process in B-schools generally consists of :
A. Past Academic record.
B. Scores in entrance tests.
C. Group Discussion.
D. Personal Interview.
E. Work experience.
Please note that each B-schools shortlists candidates for second stage of selection process which may be independent of each other.

The admission process till year 2014 was a CAP round conducted by D.T.E., Maharashtra based on scores of CET for Maharashtra students and CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/CET/MAT for All India Seats.
A candidate had to fill a form for these CAP rounds only, no separate form for JBIMS.
You can visit dte.prg.in/mba2014 for details about CAP rounds, eligibility and dates.
JBIMS has become autonomous from this year and is thus independent to set its own syllabus and admission process.
Though everything isn't finalized yet, there is a high probability that admissions will happen based on CET and CAT scores.

Please refrain from asking such questions. I wouldn't like to compare institutions, as I am only a part of one of them. And even if I had been an alumni of both these institutions I don't think I am qualified to pass such judgement.
