Questions will not be based only on 3rd-year portion. You will not only have to brush up but also be clear about the basics of microbiology. Revision of first and second-year syllabus is a must. It usually happens that students don't revise and then most of the questions are based on the basics which the students neglect and hence end up scoring fewer marks. The entrance exam is not that difficult if all the 3-year's syllabus is revised and all the topics are made clear properly.
