Hello Annum, Yes, you are eligible to apply for the UGC NET in management. The UGC NET for December 2018 is scheduled from 9 to 23 Dec 2018 and last date to fill online application form was 30 September. The next paper will be held in April 2019 and the application will be filled in February
The candidates are allowed to apply for UGC NET for their post graduation subject only. If there are no subject or their post-graduation then one can choose the related subject.

I suggest you download the brochure of IGNOU, an institution famous for distance education. They have variety of courses starting from certificate to Diploma to degree to PG.
