You need to first understand that Australian institutes and Indian institutes function differently. Here in India, you will get placement through campus placement, but in Australia, there is no such term called placement. You need to horn your skills and apply for jobs. Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education.
