The question paper is wholly objective in nature and has questions from basic logical reasoning, comprehension and general knowledge.
One does not really have to prepare for the exam, utmost you can follow newspaper daily to get hold of current affairs. This will help you in all the three stages that is Written, GD and Interview
The negative making is only 33%.
One cannot take the question paper with him/her after the exam, which is the reason that you would not find any material of previous year entrance online.

You can apply under SPP. Chances are not too great, 57% is not a very acceptable score in Canada. Only SPP colleges can accept it. Chances will depend on your overall application profile. Even your study permit will depend on the application package, you must be very clear with your intention to study in Canada.

Hi,
Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education.
