Master in business administration (MBA) is a two years degree course in the field of management. In India, MBA degree can be awarded by any recognized university or by a business school affiliated to any university.
Post graduate Diploma in management (PGDM) is a two years Diploma course offered by the institutes that are recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and which are autonomous and not affiliated to any university. It is not mandatory that a PGDM is equal to MBA. PGDM institutes accreditation by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) makes an institute's PGDM course equivalent to an MBA.

The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research areas then M.Com would be a better option. However if you want to move into general management / operations side then MBA would be better. An MBA is always better that a P G Diploma.

You cannot apply for any further qualification India and abroad after completing Diploma. In case, PG Diploma is a 2 years full time course and has AICTE approval and AIU has granted equivalence to an MBA program, then it is fine.

With B.Com degree, you are eligible for PO and clerical jobs in public sector banks. You can take PO coaching to increase your chances to get job in public sector banks. Private sector banks prefers MBA for banking operations. In case, you are targeting private sector banks, you can do MBA preferably with finance as a specialization.

You can appear for CAT, XAT and MAH-CET. You also have a chance to secure admission in SPJIMR, NITIE, SJMSOM and JBIMS. You have to invest your time for preparation, then you can score a good percentile and receive calls from the above mentioned colleges.

Hi,
To become a commercial pilot:
1. You need to first possess a student pilot license. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed 12th in Science (Physics and mathematics) with 50%.
2. Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
3. General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
4. You need to register at a flying club which is recognised by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
